Rotation

 

Rotation is quite easy, but most golfers make it way to hard.  All you really need to know about rotation is:

Swing back with your shoulders, turn through with your hips.

It's just that simple.

The backswing should be done entirely with the shoulders.  Keep your left foot on the ground.

From the top, turn your hips forward, let the right heal come off the ground as you turn your weight forward.

At the finish, the hips and shoulders should face the target.   The left leg will be straight.  The right foot will rest on it's toe.   Almost all of your weight will be on the left foot.
